The not visual aspect of the landscape, what is more priceless, as the sonority, is what this new works reflect. The "sound layers", a concept that defines the different sound textures that a song can have, are a nice metaphor for the different layers of paint that a work can have, and it is conceptually very close to the way David Casals works the paintings. From this parallelism, the artist extracts both the title of the works and the exhibition, full of landscapes of vibrant colors that the Gallery shows to celebrate the arrival of spring.
