The simplicity of paper converted in to art.
The artist uses paper torn by hand in a unique process of creation. Before he used a monochomatic range but in the end combining 2 colours, one is soft and the other intense. The contrast proportions a work of mixed languages where we can observe the calm and subtlely of the light colours broken by the vigour and the stronger tones like dark greys and blacks. He also creates paper cutting with a cutter creating a more lineal work even the cuts are straighter but absolut extent of beauty, the superposition of forms joined with the shadows which create in the separation of the diferent lines never leaving the viewer indiferent.
The geomètric structure and cartesian is always present in this work offering balance and order in his compositions.
The taste for beauty and the simple harmony appears as a final result in his creations.
Some creations, that for some viewers remindthem of a type of oriental Japanese reminiscence, but if we are left clear Fernando Daza with his work is an undeniable “savoir faire” where he can achieve Works of a great subtlety and beauty applied by a lot of artístic creativity only using simple sheets of paper.
