During our participation in the Barcelona gallery Weekend, we will present an exhibition dedicated to J.Fín (José Vilató Ruiz Barcelona 1916-Paris 1969), nephew of Picasso. We will focus in his work since his arrival to Paris in 1946 up until 1969, this will allow us to see the evolution of his work. By the end of the 40s, it is characterized by austere and sober abstraction that will slowly return to a very personal figuration with a great poetic charge.
Part of the show will coincide with the one that the Picasso Museum will be presenting, “The shared studio, Picasso, Fín, Vilató, Xavier”, which will feature the work of the 4 artists focusing in his graphic production.
